We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the guide for any reason, contact us at inquiry@salishsecurity.ai within 14 days and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
